The AtomGit platform (hereinafter referred to as "this platform" or "us") is developed, operated, and managed by the Open Atoms Open Source Foundation (hereinafter referred to as "the original operator"). The Open Atoms Open Source Foundation is a non-profit independent legal entity registered with the Ministry of Civil Affairs, dedicated to the public welfare of the open source industry. To further enhance your user experience, this platform is undergoing a major upgrade, and the operator of AtomGit will be changed to Chongqing Open Source Co-Creation Technology Co., Ltd. The personal information collected and used by the original operator related to you (including but not limited to account information, identity information, contact information, contribution records, etc.) will be transferred to the new operator. After the change of the operator of the platform, all rights and obligations of the original operator under this privacy policy will be transferred to the new operator. This privacy policy applies to the services provided by this platform and does not involve any third-party services. This privacy policy only applies to our processing of your personal information when you use the services provided by this platform, and does not apply to our processing or custody of your personal information as an agent on this platform. For the needs of service function development and corresponding legal requirements, we may occasionally modify this privacy policy. Without your explicit consent or clear legal requirements, we will not make modifications that significantly harm your existing rights. II. How We Collect and Use Your Personal Information
(i) Account Registration
When you complete the registration process on the AtomGit website [https://www.atomgit.com], we may need you to provide a phone number, username, and to ensure account security, you may also need to set up a password for your account. If you refuse to provide the above information, you will not be able to register an AtomGit account, and can only use browsing and search services.
(ii) Third-Party Account Login Function
In addition to registering an account on this platform, when you log in to this platform using a third-party platform account, you need to authorize us to collect the nickname, avatar, username, phone number, and email address information of the third-party platform account. You understand that, based on the requirement of providing information services under real-name system, the aforementioned information is necessary personal information for logging in to this platform via a third-party platform account. If you cannot provide the aforementioned information, you will not be able to log in to this platform via a third-party platform account. The aforementioned information is collected only when you first use a third-party platform account to log in.
(iii) Personal Profile Display
This platform provides a personal profile editing function. You can enrich and improve your personal profile through this function. For this purpose, we will collect your provided user nickname, avatar, email address, GitHub account, personal website or blog, company, location, and personal introduction information. The above information will be collected each time you edit your personal profile. You understand that the above personal information is voluntarily provided by you, and if you cannot provide the above information, it will not affect your use of other functions of this platform except for personal profile editing and display. Please note that, according to your permission settings, your personal profile information may be displayed to other users of this platform.
(iv) SSH Public Key Creation
SSH public keys are used to establish a more secure connection between your computer and this platform. This platform can generate an SSH public key for this purpose. The SSH public key and its name are set and generated by you. The above personal information is voluntarily provided by you. If you cannot provide the above information, it will not affect your use of other functions of this platform except for the SSH public key creation function.
(v) Information Obtained from Third Parties
Under legal conditions, based on your authorization, to provide you with more optimized services and meet your personalized needs, we may receive your personal information or other information from our affiliated companies or partners. In addition, we will also collect information about you shared by third parties when they use our products or services.
In the above scenarios, sensitive personal information may be collected, including your ID documents, detailed address, payment information (bank account, bank transaction number). The purpose of collecting such information includes meeting the requirements of relevant laws and regulations for online real-name authentication, verifying your user identity, and fulfilling the necessity of the contract signed with you, such as providing consulting or technical support, issuing invoices, and sending goods.

We use necessary user personal information to respond to technical and other support requests. When you contact our customer service, we may need you to provide necessary information to match and verify your identity to ensure the security of your account and system. (viii) Data Synchronization and Account Integration
To achieve the business integration of this platform and GitCode and provide a unified account system and service experience, after obtaining your separate consent, we need to synchronize and process your personal information between this platform and GitCode.

We may need to synchronize all your personal information on this platform (including but not limited to user nickname, account ID, avatar, username, email address, phone number, etc.) to GitCode; we may also accept and process your personal information from GitCode (including but not limited to user nickname, account ID, avatar, username, email address, phone number, etc.).

After the integration is completed, any operation (such as creating, modifying, deleting) on your personal information (including but not limited to user nickname, avatar, username, email address, phone number) on either this platform or GitCode may be synchronized on the other platform.

If the system detects that you have accounts on both this platform and GitCode with the same phone number/email, to ensure account uniqueness, after your consent, we will merge the two accounts according to the rules we have clearly stated during the integration process. At the same time, when your usernames on the two platforms are inconsistent, we will use your username on GitCode. The account merging may be an irreversible operation. Please carefully read the relevant rules before agreeing.

Legal basis and your rights: This data synchronization and integration falls under the category of changing the purpose of processing personal information as defined by the Personal Information Protection Law. Therefore, we will inform you clearly through pop-up windows/announcements and obtain your separate consent before implementation. You have the right to refuse this synchronization and integration. If you refuse, you will not be able to experience the integrated unified service, but we promise that after you refuse, you can still continue to use the existing functions of this platform.
III. How We Share, Delegate Processing, Transfer, and Publicly Disclose Your Personal Information
(i) Sharing
In principle, we will not share your personal information with other organizations and individuals, except in the following cases:

Sharing upon your explicit consent: After informing you of the name or title of the third party, contact information, purpose of processing, method of processing, and types of personal information, and obtaining your explicit consent, we will share the information within the scope of your authorization.

Sharing among related companies
We may share your personal information with our related companies, and your personal information may be shared among our related companies. We will only share necessary personal information, and this sharing is subject to the constraints of this privacy policy. If a related company wishes to change the purpose of processing personal information, it will seek your authorization again. Moreover, before providing the information to a related company, we will make every commercial effort to assess the legality, legitimacy, and necessity of the information collected by the related company. We will try to require the related company to take protective measures for your information.

We may share your personal information with third-party partners to ensure the successful completion of the services provided to you. Code Hosting Service: Based on the need to provide code hosting services, we will entrust a cloud service technology provider to provide code hosting services, process, store, or host your content ("your content" refers to all information (including personal information), code, software, devices, text, images, videos, audio, photos, third-party applications, materials) that you transmit, store, or process when using this service. The cloud service technology provider will only provide code hosting services within the scope of the commission received by this platform and under the instructions of this platform. We will sign a strict data processing agreement or confidentiality agreement with the entrusted content review technology service provider. You understand that the review process mentioned above may involve reviewing and processing the information you submit, upload, or publicly disclose through various forms such as machines or humans, but we will take necessary de-identification measures to allow these content review technology providers to process the data under the guarantee of information security.

Customer Service: To promptly handle your complaints, suggestions, and other requests, we may entrust one or more customer service providers to process your relevant personal information, so that we can promptly understand, process, and respond to your needs. We will sign a strict data processing agreement or confidentiality agreement with the customer service provider. You understand that during the process of resolving customer complaints, your account information, your complaint, suggestion, or other request may be collected and used, and in necessary cases, the result of the customer complaint may be fed back to you through the phone number or other communication method you reserved on the platform.

(iii) Transfer
We will not transfer your personal information to any company, organization, or individual, except in the following cases:

(i) Inquiry, Correction, and Supplement of Personal Information
You can query, correct, and supplement your personal information through [Personal Settings - User Profile].
(ii) Personal Information Deletion

You can delete your personal information through [Personal Settings - User Profile], or delete all information in your GitCode account by canceling your account. Except for exceptions specified by laws and industry regulatory rules.

If you cannot independently achieve the deletion of information through the aforementioned methods, you can also submit a personal information deletion request to us through the contact methods listed in "IX, Contact Us" of this privacy policy. Generally, we will process it within 15 days.

After you or we assist you in deleting the relevant information, due to applicable laws and security technology limitations, we may not be able to immediately delete the corresponding information from the system. We will safely store your personal information and restrict any further processing of it until it can be deleted or anonymized.
(iii) Account Cancellation

You can apply for account cancellation through the methods listed in "IX, Contact Us". After you cancel your account, we will stop providing you with services, and except for provisions stipulated by laws and regulations, we will delete your personal information. Once the account is canceled, it cannot be recovered. If you want to enjoy the relevant services again, you need to re-register an account.

When you apply to cancel your account on this platform, we will also delete all your personal information on this platform and AtomGit. After cancellation, it cannot be recovered, and you need to operate with caution.
(iv) How to Respond to Your Rights Request
To ensure security, you may need to provide a written request or prove your identity in another way. We may first ask you to verify your identity before processing your request. Normally, we will respond within 15 days.
For your reasonable requests, we generally do not charge fees, but for repeated, excessive, or unreasonable requests, we may charge a certain cost fee depending on the situation. For requests that are baseless, require excessive technical means (for example, requiring the development of a new system or fundamentally changing current practices), pose risks to others' legitimate rights and interests, or are impractical (for example, involving information stored on backup tapes), we may reject them.
Please be aware that in the following circumstances, according to the requirements of laws and regulations, we will not be able to respond to your request:
(1) Related to national security and defense security;
(2) Related to public safety, public health, and major public interests;
(3) Related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, and execution of judgments;
(4) There is sufficient evidence indicating that you have subjective malice or abuse of rights;
(5) Responding to your request will cause serious damage to your or other individuals' or organizations' legitimate rights and interests;
(6) Involving trade secrets.
VI. How We Protect and Store Your Personal Information
(i) We value the security of your personal information. To protect your personal information, we have taken the following measures:

We take reasonable and feasible measures to ensure the minimization of personal information collection, and will not collect personal information unrelated to the purpose of processing;

(iii) We will take reasonable and feasible measures to try to avoid collecting irrelevant personal information.
We will try to protect your personal information, but no measures can be completely flawless, and no service, product, website, information transmission, computer system, or network connection is absolutely secure.
(iv) All personal information collected or generated in the People's Republic of China will be stored in servers located within the territory of the People's Republic of China.
We will limit the storage period of personal information to the minimum necessary range according to the requirements of relevant laws and regulations such as the Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China.
VII. Protection of Minors' Personal Information
This website and its content and services are available only to natural persons who are at least 14 years old.
Without the consent of parents or guardians, minors under the age of 14 may not create their own user accounts. For the case where we collect personal information of minors with the consent of parents, we will only use or disclose the personal information of the minors under the circumstances allowed by law, with the explicit consent of the parents or guardians, or for the necessary protection of the minors.
