About Us

The AtomGit platform (hereinafter referred to as "AtomGit" or the "Platform") is operated by Shenzhen Open Source Co-Creation Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "we"), a next-generation AI-driven open-source developer platform. Relying on the CSDN Developer Community, it integrates code hosting services, source repositories, and a trusted open-source component library, enabling developers to host and develop code in the cloud. The Platform provides rich functional support and a complete ecosystem to help developers easily manage and share code, offering strong backing for open-source projects. To promote the deep integration of artificial intelligence with open-source software infrastructure platforms and to build an all-in-one service platform, we will comprehensively integrate GitCode and AtomGit to create a unified developer service ecosystem.

Development History​

On September 22, 2023, CSDN and Huawei Cloud CodeArts jointly launched GitCode, a next-generation AI-driven open-source developer platform. It aims to provide tens of millions of Chinese developers with a seamless and efficient cloud environment to support learning, using, and contributing to open-source projects, with the shared goal of building China's next-generation flagship platform for open-source developers.

On October 28, 2025, to promote the deep integration of AI with open-source software infrastructure platforms and to build an all-in-one service platform, AtomGit, together with ecological partners such as the OpenAtom Foundation, drove the deep integration and upgrade of GitCode and AtomGit, establishing a new-generation all-in-one AtomGit infrastructure platform built on "Open Source + AI".

On April 18, 2026, AtomGit officially open-sourced the new-generation terminal AI programming agent, AtomCode. Built entirely in Rust and licensed under the MIT license, it strives to create a domestic AI programming tool better adapted to the local developer ecosystem, providing developers with an efficient, secure, and open intelligent coding experience. On May 16, AtomGit further released the desktop AI programming tool AtomCode Air, continuously expanding its AI Coding product matrix.

On April 28, 2026, AtomGit open-sourced and released the AI smart hardware Xiaohong AI. Powered by the HiSilicon WS63 chip and built on the RISC-V architecture, it runs on the OpenHarmony 6.1 Release OS. Centered on a dual open-source ecosystem of "OpenHarmony + RISC-V", it integrates NearLink wireless technology, blending AI smart dialogue, online companionship, and smart home control capabilities, exploring innovative practices in the convergence of open-source AI and smart terminals.
