Important Notice:

Based on the change of the platform operator, in order to provide you with a more unified and convenient service, we plan to fully integrate this platform with GitCode [operated by Chongqing Open Source Co-Creation Technology Co., Ltd.]. Matters involving data synchronization and account integration during the integration process are refer to the section "II. (viii) Data Synchronization and Account Integration" of this policy.

This privacy policy applies to the services provided by this platform and does not involve any services provided by third parties. This privacy policy only applies to our processing of your personal information when you use the services provided by this platform, and does not apply to our processing or custody of your personal information as a trustee on this platform. For the needs of service function development and corresponding legal and regulatory requirements, we may occasionally modify this privacy policy. We will not make modifications that significantly harm your existing rights without your explicit consent or legal requirements. I. Definitions

Personal Information: refers to various information recorded in electronic or other forms related to identified or identifiable natural persons, excluding information that has been anonymized.

Sensitive Personal Information: refers to personal information that, once disclosed or illegally used, may easily lead to the infringement of a natural person's personality dignity or the endangerment of their personal safety and property. It includes biometric information, religious beliefs, specific identities, medical health information, financial accounts, movement tracks, and personal information of minors under the age of fourteen.

II. How We Collect and Use Your Personal Information
(i) Account Registration
When you complete the registration process on the AtomGit website [https://www.atomgit.com], we may need you to provide your phone number and username to ensure the security of your account, you may also need to set an account password. If you refuse to provide the above information, you will not be able to register an AtomGit account, and can only use browsing and search services.
(ii) Third-party Account Login Function
In addition to registering an account on this platform, when you log in to this platform through a third-party platform account, you need to authorize us to collect the nickname, avatar, username, phone number, and email address information of the third-party platform account. You understand that, based on the requirement for providing information services under real-name system, the aforementioned information is necessary for logging in to this platform via a third-party platform account. If you cannot provide the aforementioned information, you will not be able to log in via a third-party platform account. The aforementioned information will be collected only when you first use a third-party platform account to log in.
(iii) Personal Profile Display
This platform provides a personal profile editing function, and you can enrich and improve your personal profile through the editing function. For this purpose, we will collect your user nickname, avatar, email address, Github account, personal website or blog, company, location, and personal introduction information. The above information will be collected every time you edit your personal profile. You understand that the above personal information is voluntarily provided by you, and if you cannot provide the above information, it will not affect your use of other functions of this platform except for personal profile editing and display. Please note that depending on your permission settings, your personal profile information may be displayed to other users of this platform.
(iv) SSH Public Key Creation
SSH public keys are used to establish a more secure connection between your computer and this platform. This platform can generate SSH public keys for you. SSH public keys and their names are set by you. The above personal information is voluntarily provided by you, and if you cannot provide the above information, it will not affect your use of other functions of this platform except for the SSH public key creation function.
(v) Information Obtained from Third Parties
Where permitted by law, based on your authorization, to provide you with more optimized services and meet your personalized needs, we may receive your personal information or other information from our affiliated companies or partners. In addition, we will also collect shared personal information provided by others when they use our products or services.
In the above scenarios, sensitive personal information may be collected, including your ID documents, detailed address, payment information (bank account, bank transaction number), and the purpose of collecting such information includes meeting the requirements of relevant laws and regulations for network real-name authentication, verifying your user identity, and being essential for fulfilling the contract signed with you, such as providing consultation or technical support, issuing invoices, and sending goods.

When you contact our customer service, we may need you to provide necessary information to match and verify your identity to ensure the security of your account and system. (viii) Data Synchronization and Account Integration
To achieve the business integration of this platform and GitCode, to provide you with a unified account system and service experience, after your separate consent, we need to synchronize and process personal information between this platform and GitCode.

We may need to synchronize all your personal information on this platform (including but not limited to user nickname, account ID, avatar, username, email address, phone number, etc.) to GitCode; we may also accept and process your personal information from GitCode (including but not limited to user nickname, account ID, avatar, username, email address, phone number, etc.).

After the integration is completed, any operation (such as creation, modification, deletion) you perform on personal information (including but not limited to user nickname, avatar, username, email address, phone number) on either this platform or GitCode may be synchronized on the other platform.

If the system detects that you use the same phone number/email on both this platform and GitCode, to ensure the uniqueness of the account, after your consent, we will merge the two accounts according to the rules clearly stated during the integration process. At the same time, when your usernames on the two platforms are inconsistent, we will use your username on GitCode. Account merging may be an irreversible operation. Please read the relevant rules carefully before agreeing.

Legal basis and your rights: This data synchronization and integration fall under the category of changing the purpose of personal information use as stipulated by the Personal Information Protection Law. Therefore, we will inform you in advance through prominent methods such as pop-up windows or announcements and obtain your separate consent. You have the right to refuse this synchronization and integration. If you refuse, you will not be able to experience the integrated unified service, but we promise that after you refuse, you can still continue to use the existing functions of this platform.
III. How We Share, Delegate Processing, Transfer, and Publicly Disclose Your Personal Information
(i) Sharing
In principle, we will not share your personal information with other organizations and individuals, except in the following cases:

Sharing with your explicit consent: After informing you of the name or title, contact information, processing purpose, processing method, and types of personal information of the third party, and obtaining your explicit consent, we will share the information within the scope of your authorization with the third party you agree with.

Sharing among affiliated companies
We may share your personal information with our affiliated companies, and your personal information may be shared among our affiliated companies. We will only share necessary personal information, and such sharing is subject to the constraints of this privacy policy. If an affiliated company wishes to change the purpose of processing personal information, it will again seek your authorization. Furthermore, before providing the information to the affiliated company, we will make every commercial effort to evaluate the legality, legitimacy, and necessity of the information collected by the affiliated company. - Sharing with business partners for the necessary service provision
We may share your personal information with third parties such as partners to ensure the successful completion of the services we provide. The cloud service technology provider will only provide code hosting services within the scope of the commission received from this platform and in accordance with the instructions of this platform. We will sign strict data processing agreements or confidentiality agreements with the entrusted content review technology service providers. You understand that during the aforementioned review process, your submitted, uploaded, or publicly available information content may be reviewed and processed through various forms such as machine or human, but we will take necessary de-identification measures to allow these content review technology providers to process the data while ensuring information security.

Customer Service: To promptly handle your complaints, suggestions, and other requests, we may entrust one or more customer service providers to process your relevant personal information, so that we can promptly understand, process, and respond to your needs. We will sign strict data processing agreements or confidentiality agreements with customer service providers. You understand that during the aforementioned complaint resolution process, your account information, your complaints, suggestions, or other requests may be collected and used, and in some cases, the result of the complaint resolution may be fed back to you through the phone number or other communication methods you reserved on the platform.

(ii) Personal Information Deletion

If you cannot independently realize the deletion of information through the aforementioned methods, you can also submit a personal information deletion request to us through the method shown in "IX. Contact Us" of this privacy policy. Usually, we will process it within 15 days.

After you or we assist you in deleting the relevant information, due to applicable laws and security technology restrictions, we may not be able to immediately delete the relevant information from the system. We will securely store your personal information and restrict any further processing of it until it can be deleted or anonymized.
(iii) Account Cancellation

You can apply for account cancellation through the method shown in "IX. Contact Us". After you cancel your account, we will stop providing you with services, and unless otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations, we will delete your personal information. After cancellation, the account cannot be restored, and if you want to enjoy the relevant services again, you need to re-register an account.

When you apply to cancel your account on this platform, we will simultaneously delete all your personal information on this platform and AtomGit. After cancellation, it cannot be restored, and you need to operate with caution.
(iv) How We Respond to Your Rights Request
To ensure security, you may need to provide a written request or prove your identity in another way. We may first ask you to verify your identity before processing your request. Normally, we will respond within 15 days.
For your reasonable requests, we generally do not charge fees, but for repeated, excessive, or unreasonable requests, we may charge certain cost fees depending on the situation. For those requests that are baseless, require excessive technical means (for example, requiring the development of a new system or fundamentally changing current practices), pose risks to others' legitimate rights and interests, or are highly impractical (for example, involving information stored on backup tapes), we may reject them.
Please be aware that in the following situations, according to legal requirements, we will be unable to respond to your request:
(1) Directly related to national security and defense security;
(2) Directly related to public security, public health, and major public interests;
(3) Directly related to criminal investigations, prosecution, trial, and enforcement of judgments;
(4) There is sufficient evidence that you have subjective malice or abuse of rights;
(5) Responding to your request would cause serious damage to your or other individuals' or organizations' legitimate rights and interests;
(6) Involve trade secrets.
VI. How We Protect and Store Your Personal Information

If you find that others use your account ID without your permission to use this service, please notify us immediately. You have the right to request us to suspend unauthorized use of your account.
(iii) We will take reasonable and feasible measures to try to avoid collecting irrelevant personal information.
We will try to protect your personal information, but no measure is perfect, and no service, product, website, information transmission, computer system, or network connection is absolutely safe.
(iv) All your personal information collected or generated within the People's Republic of China will be stored on servers within the People's Republic of China.
According to the requirements of relevant laws and regulations such as the Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China, we limit the storage period of personal information to the minimum necessary range.
VII. Protection of Minors' Personal Information
This website and its content and services are only available to natural persons who are at least fourteen years old.
Without the consent of parents or guardians, minors under the age of fourteen shall not create their own user accounts.
