AtomGit App Marketplace Terms of Service
Current Version: 1.0
Effective Date: November 03, 2026
Thank you for using the AtomGit (hereinafter referred to as “this Platform”) App Marketplace services.
This Platform’s App Marketplace (hereinafter referred to as “the Marketplace”) provides application and plugin search, display, and distribution services for users. Through the Marketplace, you can browse and search for related Apps and Actions plugins, including official plugins released by this Platform and those published/listed by third-party developers (hereinafter referred to as “Publishers”) (collectively, “Plugins”). You may reference, install, and run them within your own projects or workflows.
Important Notice:
We specifically advise you to read the full AtomGit App Marketplace Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as “this Agreement”) carefully and thoroughly before using the Marketplace services. Fully understand all terms herein, especially those limiting or exempting liability, the source of rights for plugins, usage risks, and your prudent obligations. Limitation or exemption of liability clauses may be highlighted in bold or other conspicuous formats. By first entering the Marketplace and checking the agreement box to accept this Agreement, or by indicating consent through any other method we recognize, you are deemed to have voluntarily agreed to be bound by its terms. This Agreement is formed and becomes effective at that moment. If you do not agree to the contents of this Agreement, please refrain from using the Marketplace services.
To support service development and comply with applicable laws and regulations, we may revise this Agreement periodically. In the event of revisions, we will notify you via pop-ups, announcements, or other means. If you disagree with the revised contents, please immediately cease using the Marketplace services. If you continue to access or use the Marketplace, or continue to reference Plugins obtained through it in your projects, you will be deemed to have accepted the revised Agreement.
You warrant that you possess the civil capacity required by the laws of the People's Republic of China to conduct acts compatible with your behavior when using this Platform. If you are a person with limited or no civil capacity, you should read this Agreement under the guidance of your statutory guardian and decide whether to accept its contents. If you accept this Agreement on behalf of an institution rather than yourself, you represent that you have full authority to consent to this Agreement on behalf of said institution.
We specifically draw your attention to: Except for Apps and Actions plugins developed and released by this Platform itself, all Plugins in the Marketplace are developed and published by third-party Publishers. The inspections we perform on Plugins are automated form-based checks executed by the system according to preset rules, and do not include any substantive manual review. A Plugin being “Inspection Passed” or “Listed” only indicates that it meets formal requirements at the time of inspection; it does not constitute our approval, certification, recommendation, endorsement, or guarantee of any kind regarding the Plugin, nor does it imply that we find the Plugin suitable for any specific purpose of yours.
This Agreement constitutes special provisions relative to the AtomGit Terms of Service. For matters concerning the search, display, distribution, acquisition, and use of the Marketplace, if there is any inconsistency between this Agreement and the AtomGit Terms of Service, this Agreement shall prevail. Matters not covered herein shall be governed by the AtomGit Terms of Service and other codes of conduct and policies published by this Platform.
I. Definitions
- App Marketplace: The functional module within this Platform used to publicly display, search, and distribute applications and plugins, including its web pages, APIs, and supporting distribution mechanisms.
- Apps: Applications provided in the Apps module of the App Marketplace.
- Plugin: A reusable automation unit developed by a Publisher, stored in their public repository, and callable by others in their workflows via reference.
- Publisher: Users of this Platform who publish Plugins to the App Marketplace; they are the developers or right holders of the Plugins.
- User and You: Users of this Platform who obtain Plugins through the Marketplace and reference, install, and run them in their own projects or workflows.
- EULA: The End-User License Agreement provided by the Publisher to the User for their Plugin, including any open-source license adopted or applicable to the Plugin, or other equivalent licensing terms.
- Version Tag and Release Version: Anchors for version positioning. Version tags may be moved, deleted, or repointed to other commits, while specific commits are immutable.
- Runner: The computing environment where the Plugin code is actually executed, including official runners provided and managed by us, as well as self-hosted runners deployed and managed by you.
- Official Plugins and Official Badges: Official Plugins refer to Plugins independently developed by this Platform and published to the Marketplace's Actions module under this Platform's name; Official Badges refer to the “Official Certified” label, badge, or other indicators we apply to Plugins to show they are provided or certified by this Platform.
II. Service Content and Nature
- We provide you with Plugin display, search, categorization, and sorting via the Marketplace, presentation of Plugin metadata, documentation, and EULA access paths, as well as acquiring Plugin code and executing it on runners according to your explicit instructions.
- Except for Apps and Official Plugins, we are not the developer, provider, seller, or right holder of Plugins, nor are we a party to the licensing relationship between you and the Publisher. The service we provide through the Marketplace is display and distribution; the rights, quality, functionality, security, and availability of Plugins are the responsibility of the Publisher to you, according to their EULA.
- We reserve the right to independently determine the category structure, sorting rules, display styles, and recommendation mechanisms of the Marketplace. Placement position, sorting results, or recommendations do not constitute our recommendation, endorsement, or quality guarantee for any Plugin.
- Your rights acquired for Apps and Official Plugins, and our liabilities incurred for Apps and Official Plugins, shall be determined according to the AtomGit Terms of Service, along with attached licensing terms and explanations published by us from time to time.
III. Acquisition, Reference, and Execution of Plugins
- You may reference Plugins via version tags, release versions, or specific commit hashes. You acknowledge: version tags may be moved, deleted, or repointed by the Publisher to other commits, whereas specific commit hashes are immutable. If you reference only major version numbers, the latest code pointed to by the tag at the next execution will be automatically fetched. We recommend locking to a specific commit hash.
- For Plugins requiring authorization (including but not limited to tokens, repository read/write permissions, data access scopes) to run, the Publisher must itemize the requested permissions and their purposes in the documentation. You should review such declarations before execution and grant only the minimum permissions matching the declared functionality. Granting permissions constitutes your authorization for the Plugin to access corresponding data and resources within that scope.
- Plugin code executes on the runner you specify: if you select an official runner, the code runs in our managed computing environment; if you select a self-hosted runner, it runs in your owned or managed environment, where we have no contact with or involvement in data processing. Permissions usage, data access, and network external connections during execution depend on the Plugin's own implementation; you must assess and bear the associated risks.
- When you inject secrets, tokens, or environment variables into a Plugin via workflow configurations, it is deemed that you have voluntarily disclosed such credentials to the Plugin. You should only inject credentials matching the minimum scope of the declared functionality. We take necessary measures to protect official runners, but these measures do not guarantee the identification and blocking of all improper behaviors by Plugins; we assume no liability for the Plugin's use, retention, or transmission of your credentials.
- We reserve the right to enforce resource quotas, network access controls, and rate limits on abnormal invocations for Plugins running on official runners, and may interrupt execution if a Plugin endangers the security or stability of the runtime environment.
- When we or a Publisher releases updated versions to the Marketplace, updates may be automatically fetched and executed according to your prior reference configuration, without further notice to you. We make no guarantees regarding the timing, scope of coverage, or your actual acquisition of updates. If you wish to avoid automatic updates, you must lock to a specific commit hash.
IV. Inspection of Plugins
- The inspection we perform on Plugins is an automated form-based check executed by the system according to preset rules, intended to verify the presence of objective formal requirements. We do not conduct any manual reading, testing, evaluation, or substantive review regarding the logic, quality, functionality, performance, security, vulnerabilities, malicious behavior, or third-party rights infringement of Plugin code.
- Expressions such as “Inspection Passed,” “Listed,” or “Normal Status” only indicate that formal requirements were met at the time of inspection. They do not constitute our approval, certification, recommendation, endorsement, guarantee, or assurance of any kind regarding the Plugin, nor do they imply we find it suitable for any specific purpose. Taking enforcement actions against Plugins pursuant to laws, regulations, regulatory requirements, or for the protection of user and public interests does not constitute any evaluation or guarantee of Plugin quality.
- Where we grant Official Badges or certifications to specific Plugins according to separately published rules, the application conditions, review standards, validity periods, re-examination, revocation, and other matters shall follow those rules.
V. Source of Rights and EULA
- Except for Official Plugins, your rights to use and other rights obtained for Plugins stem from the Publisher, not this Platform. Their scope, duration, restrictions, and liabilities are subject to the Plugin's EULA. You should read the EULA before acquiring and running a Plugin. Your rights to use and other rights for Apps and Official Plugins are granted by us, and their scope, duration, restrictions, and liabilities are subject to the AtomGit Terms of Service, along with attached licensing terms and explanations/rules published by us from time to time.
- Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the EULA or its adopted open-source license, your right to use the Plugin is solely for your own use. You shall not transfer, sublicense, or resell it to third parties. If you provide, resell, or redistribute the Plugin to third parties, you must obtain separate authorization from the Publisher.
- We are not a party to the EULA and assume no liability for any rights or obligations thereunder. Disputes arising between you and the Publisher regarding Plugins, EULAs, or usage data shall be resolved by mutual negotiation. We may provide necessary assistance but have no obligation to participate or adjudicate.
- Where a Publisher designates this Platform as a third-party beneficiary in their EULA, we have the right to directly request your performance of obligations related to this Platform's interests under the EULA. We may also, upon authorization by the Publisher, issue notices, negotiate, and assert rights against you in the Publisher's name for breaches of the EULA. Such circumstances do not make us a party to the EULA.
- If a Publisher leaves the Marketplace, ceases maintenance, or converts repositories to private, it does not affect your existing rights obtained under the EULA for already installed, referenced, or acquired Plugins. Subsequent support, bug fixes, and version updates for the Plugin remain the Publisher's responsibility to you according to their EULA and announcements.
VI. Your Obligations
You warrant to comply with relevant laws and regulations of the PRC, usage norms listed by this Platform, and the principle of good faith throughout your use of the Marketplace. In addition to the codes of conduct listed in the AtomGit Terms of Service, you shall not engage in the following acts:
- Manipulating Marketplace ranking, ratings, or statistical data through fictitious transactions, false reviews, bulk installation, or other improper means;
- Reselling, acting as an agent for publishing, or redistributing Plugins, code, or dependencies over which a Publisher holds rights without authorization;
- Using data obtained during Plugin execution for purposes beyond the declared functionality, or providing it to third parties without consent;
- Using Plugins to engage in activities that violate laws/regulations, infringe upon legitimate rights of others, endanger cybersecurity, or disrupt the normal use of this Platform and other users. If you violate this Article or relevant laws/regulations, we reserve the right to restrict or prohibit your subsequent use of the Marketplace; if it causes losses to us or third parties, you shall bear corresponding compensation liabilities according to law.
VII. Fees and Settlement
- At present, all Plugins displayed in the Marketplace are provided free of charge; we do not charge fees for the Plugins themselves.
- If paid Plugin distribution is enabled in the future, settlement rules published at that time and agreements between you and the Publisher shall prevail.
VIII. Usage Risks and Your Duty of Care
Please fully read the documentation, permission declarations, and EULAs for Apps and Plugins before adoption, and assess risks independently.
- We make no promises or warranties for Plugins, nor do we assume liability for their functionality, performance, stability, security, applicability, completeness, absence of viruses/malicious code, or compliance with any specific needs of yours. We assume no liability for acquiring and using Plugins through channels outside the Marketplace.
- You should independently take the following prudent measures: ① Review Plugin documentation, permission declarations, credential lists, and EULAs; ② Assess compatibility with your project environment, versions, and compliance requirements; ③ Verify in isolated or test environments before applying to production; ④ Back up important data and configurations; ⑤ Properly safeguard your tokens, secrets, and environment variables; ⑥ Monitor Plugin version updates, risk alerts, and Publisher announcements.
- We assume no liability for losses caused to you due to the following: ① Adoption of a Plugin without fulfilling the above prudent measures; ② Your decisions to grant permissions/provide credentials to the Plugin and their consequences; ③ Functional defects, security vulnerabilities, malicious code, data exfiltration, credential leakage, or output errors of the Plugin; ④ Disputes or losses arising from third-party services, open-source components, network resources, or model capabilities relied upon or called by the Plugin; ⑤ Availability damage, business interruption, or alternative development costs caused by changes in repository visibility, deletion, tag movement/deletion, cessation of maintenance, or revocation by the Publisher; ⑥ Disputes between you and the Publisher, or between you and any third party, arising from the Plugin, EULA, or usage data.
- Version tags may be moved or repointed by the Publisher, and the actual content of the same version number may change. We do not guarantee consistency of content.
IX. Cessation of Distribution, Removal, and Availability
- We do not guarantee that any Plugin remains continuously available. We may cease distribution, remove, or delist a Plugin without prior notice upon occurrence of any of the following: ① Requirements of laws, regulations, regulatory authorities, or effective judicial/administrative documents; ② Infringement notices or other rights claims from third-party right holders; ③ Actual or potential security risks, malicious behavior, exploited vulnerabilities, credential leakage, etc.; ④ Publisher violations of agreements with this Platform or published rules; ⑤ Other circumstances necessary to protect the interests of this Platform, users, or the public.
- Measures taken under the preceding paragraph take effect upon decision. When feasible, we shall notify you via in-site messages or registered email; where security risks or credential leakage are involved, loss-mitigation measures such as token revocation or version interception may be applied simultaneously.
- Already installed, referenced, or acquired versions shall not be retroactively reclaimed due to cessation of distribution. You may continue to use them per their EULA; however, future updates, support, or fixes may become unavailable. For any resulting availability damage, business interruption, or alternative development costs, you may claim against the Publisher per the EULA. We assume no liability for such losses.
- We may modify, suspend, or terminate the Marketplace (or any part thereof) at any time. Except as otherwise required by law or in emergencies, we will notify you in advance via announcement within a reasonable period.
X. Security Incidents and Complaints/Reports
- If you discover or become aware that a Plugin has security vulnerabilities, contains malicious code, poses credential leakage risks, or outputs illegal content, you should promptly report it to us through our published channels. Upon verification of security risks, we may take measures including cessation of distribution, removal, version interception, token revocation, or suspension of personal information processing, and notify you and the Publisher. If your credentials, personal information, or data are potentially leaked, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you promptly.
- If you believe a Plugin infringes your legitimate rights, contains illegal content, or violates this Platform's rules, you may submit complaints or reports through our published channels. We may take necessary measures according to our published rules and legal requirements.
- If your malicious or erroneous complaints/reports cause losses to the Publisher or us, you shall bear legal responsibility accordingly.
XI. Intellectual Property
- IP rights for Apps and Official Plugins are handled per the AtomGit Terms of Service. Copyrights, patent rights, trademark rights, and other lawful rights of other Plugins belong to the Publisher or other legally entitled entities. Providing the Marketplace service does not confer ownership of any Plugins to us.
- Acquiring a Plugin through the Marketplace grants you only the usage rights explicitly conferred by its EULA. You shall not delete, conceal, or alter right declarations, license texts, or identifiers within the Plugin.
XII. Data and Personal Information
- Information collected regarding the Marketplace is handled per the AtomGit Privacy Policy. If you use official runners, we, as the environment provider, handle data in the runtime per the Privacy Policy. If you use self-hosted runners, we do not participate in Plugin execution or data processing. Granting permissions to a Plugin constitutes your authorization for it to access corresponding data/resources within that scope; you must fulfill your obligations as a personal information processor.
- We do not participate in the Publisher's data processing activities nor assume liability therefor; where cross-border transmission of personal information is necessitated by the Plugin architecture, relevant obligations are borne by you and the Publisher respectively according to law.
- If we suspend a Plugin's transmission, collection, or processing of personal information as required by laws/regulations or to protect the rights of you and other users, you shall immediately cease related use and cooperate.
XIII. Limitation of Liability
- We shall not be liable for any profit, usage, reputation, or data loss arising from your use or inability to use the Marketplace services, or for any incidental, indirect, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to damages caused by:
(1)Any modification, suspension, or termination of the Marketplace service;
(2)Adverse effects caused to you due to adjustments in this Platform's APIs or technical specifications;
(3)Declarations or acts of any third party regarding the service;
(4)Platform downtime or data loss caused by cybersecurity incidents, force majeure, basic telecom infrastructure, or third-party cloud provider failures;
(5)Unauthorized access to or alteration of transmissions or data to you, not caused by our intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
The scenarios listed in Article 8, Paragraph 3 are equally subject to this limitation of liability. Our liability shall be limited regardless of whether we have been advised of the possibility of such damages, even if the exclusive remedy provided herein fails of its essential purpose. 2. The aforementioned limitations shall not apply to situations causing losses to you due to our intentional misconduct or gross negligence, nor to situations causing personal injury.
XIV. Amendment and Termination of Agreement
- We reserve the right to amend this Agreement due to changes in laws/regulations, business adjustments, or ecosystem governance needs, notifying you via pop-ups, announcements, etc. If modifications to this Platform's APIs, runtime environments, or technical specifications require you to adapt your projects, we will provide a reasonable adaptation period.
- If you violate this Agreement or related Platform rules, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate provision of Marketplace services to you; in serious cases, your account may be handled concurrently per the AtomGit Terms of Service. Upon termination of this Agreement, Articles 5, 8, 11, and 13 shall survive.
XV. Miscellaneous
1. Relationship of Parties
You and this Platform enter into an agreement relationship for Marketplace services; you and the Publisher enter into an EULA or other licensing relationship for Plugins. This Agreement does not constitute a partnership, joint venture, consortium, agency, trust, employment, or franchise relationship; neither party shall make representations or assume liabilities in the name of the other.
2. Governing Law
Unless otherwise prescribed by applicable law, this Agreement and any access to or use of the Marketplace services are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict of law principles. You and this Platform agree that disputes arising from or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved through friendly negotiation. Failing negotiation, either party has the right to submit the dispute to the Yuzhong District People's Court in Chongqing, where the operating entity is located.
3. Unforeseen Matters
Matters not covered herein, including but not limited to account and credential security management, use of this Platform's trademarks, severability and waiver non-exclusivity, non-transferability of the Agreement, and delivery of contact information and legal notices, are governed by the AtomGit Terms of Service and other published codes of conduct and policies of this Platform.
